Refund Policy

If the specific issue described at the start of your session cannot be resolved by our specialists, we will not charge you. If already charged, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.

Where a session partially resolves the reported issue, a pro-rated refund may be issued at Universe Premiere's discretion.

Subscription fees paid directly to streaming providers are not refundable by Universe Premiere — please contact the service directly.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the completed session by emailing refunds@universepremiere.co.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any concern quickly.
