Refund Policy

If we are unable to activate or resolve the issue described when you signed up, we will not charge you. If already charged, a full refund is issued within 5 business days.

Because the service is billed monthly, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; we do not prorate unused days unless required by law.

Where a service issue partially prevents viewing, a credit or refund may be issued at Universe Premiere's discretion after review by a specialist.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the charge by emailing refunds@universepremiere.com or calling (888) 338-7511.

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve any concern quickly.
