Independent service
Universe Premiere is an independent streaming-assistance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of any streaming platform.
Scope of assistance
Sessions cover discovery, setup, activation, subscription guidance, device configuration and troubleshooting. Subscription fees to third-party services are billed separately by those services.
Payment
Session fees are quoted before work begins and charged upon completion. Prices are in USD.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our service for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing activity, including circumventing DRM or account-sharing rules of third-party platforms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Universe Premiere is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or services.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
